When you reach your monthly contract limit, you can still view and manage existing contracts, but won't be able to send new ones until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time for immediate access to more contracts. Unused contracts don't roll over to the next month.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, your new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll continue to have access to your current features until then.

We bill monthly or annually depending on your preference. Annual plans save you up to 17% compared to monthly billing. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel. You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and mobile money across Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing with NET-30 terms.

No long-term contracts required. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your contracts and data remain accessible on the free plan.

A contract is counted when you send it for signature. Drafts, templates, and cancelled contracts don't count toward your monthly limit. If a contract is declined and needs to be resent, that counts as a new contract.

Yes. Baseflow signatures are legally binding under the Nigeria Evidence Act, South Africa's ECTA, Kenya's Data Protection Act, and similar legislation across Africa. We maintain a complete audit trail with timestamps, IP addresses, and email verification for every signature.
