Signer Roles

Signer

Must sign the document. Can add initials and fill required fields.

Viewer

Can view the contract but does not need to sign. Receives a copy.

Approver

Must approve before the contract is sent to other signers.

Signing Order

Parallel Signing

All signers receive the contract simultaneously and can sign in any order. Best for independent parties.

Sequential Signing

Signers receive the contract in a specific order. Each must complete before the next is notified.

Sending Contracts

When your contract is ready, send it to signers with a customized message. Track delivery and engagement in real-time.
