Workspace Settings
Configure basic information about your workspace including name, timezone, and default settings.
General Settings
Workspace Name
The name that appears in contracts and emails sent to signers.
Timezone
Used for scheduling, deadlines, and activity timestamps.
Default Contract Duration
Set how long signers have to complete contracts (7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days).
Reply-to Email
The email address signers can reply to when they have questions.
Branding & Customization
Make Baseflow feel like your own with custom branding. Your logo, colors, and company information appear on contracts and emails sent to signers.
Company Logo
Upload your logo (PNG, SVG, or JPG). It appears on contracts, emails, and the signing page. Recommended size: 400x100px.
Brand Colors
Set your primary and accent colors. These are used for buttons, links, and highlights throughout the signing experience.
Email Templates
Customize email templates for contract invitations, reminders, and completions. Add your messaging and tone.
Signing Page
Customize the signing experience with your branding. Add a custom footer message and hide "Powered by Baseflow."
White-label available
Business and Enterprise plans include full white-labeling options. Remove all Baseflow branding and use your own domain for the signing experience.
Notifications
Control how and when you receive notifications. Configure email, in-app, and mobile push notification preferences.
